21-Year-Old Charged With Murder Of Baby Boy

A 21-year-old man has been charged with the murder of an 11-week-old boy in Oxfordshire.

Jordan Saxton is accused of fatally injuring the boy at a property in Faringdon.

The baby boy was found with head injuries in the early hours of 17 November last year. The child died a short time later in hospital.

A post-mortem revealed the child died from head injuries.

Saxton, of Wingate Close, Oxford, is due to appear in court later today.

Park Death Boy Died From 'Head Injuries'
A post mortem has found that a teenager beaten to death in a public park died from head injuries. Seventeen-year-old Amar Aslam was found in a West Yorkshire park on Sunday evening by two passers-by. Emergency services were called to Crow Nest Park, Dewsbury at around 7.00pm but Amar was pronounced dead at the scene.

Boy Dies After Falling Into River In Argyll
A 10-year-old boy has died after falling into a river in Argyll while on holiday with his family. Emergency services were called to the incident at 13:45 on Tuesday. The boy was rescued by a passer-by after getting into difficulties. He was airlifted to Glasgow for treatment, however he later died at Yorkhill Hospital.

Man And Woman Held Over Death Of Two-Year-Old
The death of a two-year-old boy in Coventry has become a murder enquiry, police have reported. The child was admitted to the University Hospital Coventry on Monday with serious head injuries before being transferred to Birmingham Children's Hospital. The child died on Tuesday.

Baby Dies After Being Bitten By Family Pet
A man has been arrested in connection with the death of a baby bitten by dog in Sunderland. The three-week-old baby boy died in hospital following an incident at his home in Falkland Road. Police were called to the address at 04:15 on Saturday, 20 June. It is understood that the baby had been bitten by the families pet dog.

Teenager Critical After Liverpool Bus Accident
A fifteen-year-old boy is in a critical condition in Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool after being hit by a bus in the city on Tuesday night. Police said the teenager suffered serious head injuries when he was hit by a bus at about 19:55 on Tuesday night.
