Man Dies While Trying To Save Another Man From Tube Tracks
A man hit by a tube train while trying to rescue another man who had fallen onto the tracks, has died.
Police reported that a 35-year-old, from London, was hit by a Tube train at Old Street Station at about 12:22 on Sunday. He died later in hospital.
It is understood he had been attempting to rescue another 32-year-old man who fell onto tracks.
The second man remains in a critical condition in hospital.

An eight-year-old boy has been discovered trespassing on London Underground tracks. He was led to safety by a Tube cleaner, who spotted him on the tracks at Stanmore. The incident occurred last Saturday.

London bomb suspect held in Egypt
An Egyptian chemistry student wanted by police following last week’s bomb attacks in London has been arrested in Cairo, it has emerged. Magdi al-Nashar, 33, is suspected of helping to make the bombs which blew up three Tube trains and a bus during the morning rush hour last Thursday.

Man's Shock Death 'Urinating' On Railway Tracks
A man has been killed at a busy railway station - while urinating on the tracks. British Transport Police confirmed that the 41-year-old was electrocuted at Vauxhall station in south London at around 5.20pm on July 12. Police say he walked on to the track from Platform 1.

A 12-year-old girl is in hospital after being hit by a tube train. The incident occurred during rush-hour at Brixton, south London. British Transport Police said: "BTP and Metropolitan Police officers attended the incident, which was reported to BTP at 8.40am and is currently being treated as non-suspicious.

West Ruislip Stabbing Becomes Murder Investigation
A murder investigation has been launched after a man was stabbed in West Ruislip. Police were called to High Road, Ickenham at 17:35hrs on Monday, 9 November, following reports of a stabbing. An 18-year-old man was treated at the scene before being taken to a west London hospital where he later died. Next of kin have been informed.
