Gate C Appeal Launched In Hillsborough Investigation
Police investigating the Hillsborough disaster have launched 'Gate C Appeal', releasing images of five men they wish to speak to.
Officers from Operation Resolve believe the men could have "important information" and could help build a "clearer picture" about the events leading up to the opening of Exit Gate C at 14:52.
Operation Resolve is a criminal investigation into the deaths of 96 people at the 1989 FA Cup semi-final.

Two-Minutes Silence To Mark Armistice Day
A two-minute silence is to be observed across the UK at 11am on Tuesday to mark the World War One armistice. War veterans and dignitaries are to gather at the Tower of London where a ceremony will be held to mark the occasion against the back drop of the ceramic poppy display, which will be completed with the placement of the final poppy.

Man Questioned Over Pensioner Stabbing
A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after an elderly woman was attacked in London. Ann Driscoll, 82, was stabbed nine times in the neck and stomach on the street as she walked home from a shopping trip in Harlesden, north west London.

Five men have been arrested after a husband and wife were handcuffed and robbed at their home in Salford last night. Police were called to Garner Drive, Salford just after 9.20pm on Monday. They found a man aged 37 with his 34-year-old wife left handcuffed after their home had been robbed.
