Police Hunt Man Who Showed Indecent Image To Child
Police are searching for a man who allegedly showed a 13-year-old girl a photograph of a naked woman.
The young teenager was walking through Small Heath park on Wordsworth Road, when a man approached her. Calling himself Adam, the man is said to have shown the girl the image on his mobile phone.
Police said that the girl immediately told her father who took some pictures of the man before contacting police.
Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Neil Hunt, said: "The local girl was made to feel very uncomfortable and told her dad who was also in the park. He had the presence of mind to take a couple of photos on his mobile phone.
"The girl's mother believes that she later saw the man loading the bike into a black van."
The man was riding a bike and is described by the girl as white, around 5'6" tall and stocky. He had brown hair covered by a white bicycle helmet. He was wearing a white t-shirt and black trousers.
The girl wasn't touched and there have been no similar reports in the area.
The man, or anyone who can name him, should call Det Sgt Hunt on 101. Details can also be passed on anonymously via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Major Police Hunt Launched After Boy Taken From Hospital
A major police hunt has begun after a five-year-old boy with a brain tumour, was taken by his family without consent from Southampton General Hospital. Police said that Ashya King was taken from the hospital by Brett King, 51, and Naghemeh King, 45, on Thursday. It is thought he may have been taken to France.

Surrey Police are searching for a 14-year-old girl who was last seen at her home on Sunday night. Brooklyn Sutherland was last seen at her house in Thames Ditton at around 9.30pm. She is described as having a dark complexion, around 5ft 6ins tall, with a slim build and very long, curly black hair.
