24 People Arrested In Police Dawn Raids

Police have arrested 24 people in a series of dawn raids in Greater Manchester.

Three stolen motorbikes and a cannabis farm were discovered during the raids in Salford.

Over 200 officers carried out searches at 25 addresses in a bid to crackdown on serious organised crime.

Police said the raids were a result of an intelligence-led operation conducted over a number of months by the Serious Crime Division.

Deputy Chief Constable Ian Hopins said the raids were a great success in the fight against organised crime.
