Investigation Launched Into Fatal House Fire
An investigation has been launched into the cause of fatal house fire in Cricklewood.
Firefighters found the body of the man on the ground floor of the house on Randall Avenue in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The Brigade was called at 01:22 and the fire was under control by 02:27.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Brigade's Fire Investigation Unit and the Metropolitan Police.
Appeal Issued For Missing Gateshead Woman
Northumbria Police have appealed for help in tracing 37-year-old Gateshead woman, Dawn Mallenby.
Ms Mallenby was last seen at 7pm on Friday, 09 October, at her home address on Wealcroft in the Leam Lane Estate.
She is described as being 5ft 10in, of very slim build, long dark hair, with very few teeth and wearing glasses. She was last seen in a dark coloured rockport jacket and three quarter length black leggings.
Anyone who has seen Dawn, or has any information about her whereabouts, should contact police on 101.
New Jobs Announced By Courier Firm Yodel
Four hundred and fifty jobs are to be created in Wales by parcel courier firm Yodel.
The company is looking for seasonal staff for full- and part-time driver positions with flexible hours.
The jobs are being created at Llanelli in Carmarthenshire, Nantgarw in Rhondda Cynon Taff, Llandudno in Conwy county and Wrexham.

Heroic Tyne Firemen Honoured
Two Tyne and Wear firefighters are to be recognised for their bravery at a special ceremony today. Andrew Nelson and Allan Richardson will be presented with the Chief Fire Officer's Commendations for brave and meritorious conduct after saving a man's life. The men took part in a dramatic rescue in the early hours of 4 February.

Suspicious Glasgow Car Fires
Detectives in Glasgow's East End are investigating a spate of vehicle fire attacks in the city yesterday. Shortly after 3.30am police were called to a report of a vehicle fire in Ashvale Crescent, Glasgow. Upon arrival police were advised by Strathclyde Fire Service that four vehicles had been damaged by fire.

Two More Arrested In Connection To Fatal Derby House Fire
Two people have been arrested in an ongoing investigation into a Derby house fire which claimed the lives of six children. Police confirmed a 34-year-old and a 29-year-old woman from Derby were arrested in connection to the fire. Adding: "These latest arrests are part of the ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fire.
