Three People Killed In Welsh Traffic Collision

Three people have been killed in a road traffic collision in Wales, police have said.

The incident happened in Tal-y-Bont, Conway, at 8:45pm on 29 October.

A woman in her late 50's was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries.

North Wales Police said the victims' next of kin have been informed.

Chief Inspector Martin Best of the Roads Policing Unit said: "At approximately 8.45pm yesterday evening a road traffic collision occurred between a green Ford Fiesta and red Peugeot 208 car on the B5106 near Tal-y-Bont, Conwy.

"Both occupants of the Fiesta died in the collision. An occupant of the Peugeot also passed away at the scene.

"The front seat passenger of the Peugeot has been taken to hospital with serious life threatening injuries."

Police are appealing to anyone with any information about the incident to come forward.

Two men have died in a road traffic collision near Wrexham. The deceased, aged 19 and 22, and from Shropshire, were travelling along the A495 Ellesmere Road, in the direction of Penley, when their car hit a tree. The incident, which involved a silver Vauxhall Corsa, happened at around 10.55pm on Thursday.

Investigation Launched After Death Of Woman Following Bus Fall
A woman has died in hospital after falling on a route E3 bus on Chiswick High Road, just after 13:30 on Tuesday, 18 August. The 77-year-old woman was taken to hospital by ambulance, where she was pronounced dead shortly before 17:00.

Up To Four Suffer 'Life-Changing' Injuries In Troop Carrier Collision
More than 20 people have been injured, 4 or 5 seriously, in a collision involving three troop carriers on Salisbury Plain. Wiltshire Police were called to the accident at about 18:30 on Wednesday. The cause of the accident is being investigated but it is understood that 4 or 5 people have suffered "life-changing injuries".

Two Killed Following Road Traffic Collision In Cumbria
A man and child have died following a road traffic collision between a car and a lorry in Cumbria. The incident happened on the A66 in Crackenthorpe shortly after 5.10pm on 25 May. The driver from Penrith and his child were killed at the scene.
