Man in court over double murder

An 18-year-old has appeared in court charged with the murder of two teenage boys in Wokingham at the weekend.

Steven Bayliss, 16, and his friend, fourteen-year-old Nuttawut Nadauld – also known as Twood – were found dead in woods on the edge of Wokingham, Berkshire on Sunday night.

Steven died from a stab wound to the throat, while Twood died from knife wounds.

Thomas Palmer, of Blagrove Drive, Wokingham, appeared before Reading Magistrates on Tuesday, charged with the murder of the two teenagers.

He was remanded in custody until October 3, when he is due to appear before Reading Crown Court for a preliminary hearing.

No application was made for bail.

Teenage friends of the two boys, including pupils at Emmbrook School, which they both attended, have been leaving flowers, cards and messages at the spot where the boys died.

Wokingham teenager ‘stabbed in throat’
One of the two boys found dead in a wood in Berkshire died from a stab wound to the throat, it has been revealed. A post-mortem revealed that Steven Bayliss, 16, from Finchampstead, died from an ‘incision wound’ to the throat.

Teens Arrested Over Mobile Phone Row Death
Three teenage boys are being held in connection with the death of a boy who was killed in a row over a mobile phone. Rizwan Darbar, 17, was stabbed in West Ham Park in east London on Sunday as he listened to music with friends. It is thought that the teenager may have tried to stop a gang from a stealing a friend's mobile phone.

Three Charged With Murder
Two men and a teenage boy have been charged with murder. The Met Police said the accused are aged 14, 18, and 20. The victim was 21-year-old Haile Langa, who died on Thursday, 5 November, from a stab wound to the chest. He was pronounced dead shortly after 3pm on Thursday after police had been called to an incident in Watling Gardens.

Man in court over Manchester pub shootings
A 42-year-old man has appeared in court charged in connection with the double murder of two men who were shot dead outside a Manchester pub. Ian George McLeod, of Victoria Street, Radcliffe appeared at Salford magistrates' court charged with conspiracy to commit murder. He was remanded in custody to appear at Manchester Crown Square on April 10.

Salford's 'Mr Big' Shot Dead Outside Home
A convicted criminal and businessman has been shot dead outside his home in Salford. The victim was 55-year-old father of five Paul Massey. Greater Manchester Police confirmed a man had died of gunshot wounds in the Clifton area following reports of gunfire at approximately 7:30pm on 26 July.
