Beckham celebrates as Real Madrid win La Liga title

David Beckham has ended his Real Madrid career as the club were crowned champions of La Liga.

Real Madrid scooped the title after beating Real Mallorca 3-1, gaining their first title in La Liga since 2003.

Beckham, who was replaced by Jose Antonio Reyes - who scored two goals - during the match, celebrated with his team-mates at the Bernabeu afterwards.

He told reporters: "I couldn't have dreamt it any better. It's been about winning the title for the last six months - and we've deserved it tonight."

Beckham was joined by his three sons - Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz - on the pitch to celebrate.

The former England captain is moving to the US next month to join LA Galaxy.
