CCTV Released Of Murdered Biker

Police have released CCTV footage showing Hells Angel biker, Gerry Tobin, shortly before he was gunned down on the M40 motorway.

Police also confirmed new evidence shows a second shot was fired at Mr Tobin, 45.

CCTV cameras showed Mr Tobin filling up his Harley Davidson motorbike in his last stop before his killing.

Warwickshire Police said two shots were fired at him from a green Rover 620, and are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Detective Superintendent Ken Lawrence said officers had now received more than 500 calls.

Mr Lawrence said: "You can see that he looks fairly relaxed. He doesn't look as if he's wary, he's not looking furtively around to see if anybody's with him or watching him.

"That suggests to me that he's not a man who feels under any imminent serious threat."

Mr Lawrence said he believed that Mr Tobin was targeted by the killers but he still did not know whether it was a personal attack or whether he was killed for being a Hells Angel.
