Man Charged With Bus Death
A 21-year-old man has been charged after an elderly woman was killed in a collision with a bus in Bury. Carl Enion, of Linden Crescent, Tottington, was charged with causing death by dangerous driving on 1 July. It is reported that Mr Enion was the bus driver. Police were called to the scene at Bury Bolton Road shortly after 2.50pm on Tuesday following reports of the collision. It is understood that the woman, in her mid-80s, had been caught under the bus during the incident. The elderly lady, who was later identified as Alice Barlow, 85, of Harrogate Square, Bury, had suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Mr Enion is due to appear at Bury Magistrates Court on 16 July.

A man has been arrested after the body of a woman was found in Tyneside. The 26-year-old, who has not yet been identified, was discovered by police at an address in Gosforth in the early hours of Wednesday. A spokesman for the Northumbria Police says that inquiries are ongoing into the circumstances of her death. Officers are questioning a 36-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of murder.

Pregnant Woman Sexually Attacked On Bus
Police have released CCTV images to find a man in connection with sexually assaulting a pregnant woman on a bus in Birmingham on 20th May. According to police, the man sat beside the 33-year-old woman and started rubbing her leg. As she got up to leave he appeared to attack her again.

Man Hit By Bus Arrested On Suspicion Of Murder
Police have arrested a man on suspicion of attempted murder, after he was hit by a bus in Oldham. At around 7pm on Monday police responded to a call that a man had been hit by a bus in Henshaw Street. A short time later, police then attended Royal Oldham Hospital following a report that a woman had been admitted with stab wounds.
