British Terrorist 'Cyber Groomer' Jailed
A British "cyber groomer" has been sentenced to 12 years after recruiting a schoolboy to a "worldwide" holy war against non-Muslims.
Aabid Hussain Khan and Sultan Muhammad, both 23, were found guilty of possessing a computer "encyclopaedia" of extremist material.
Khan, of Otley Road, Undercliffe, Bradford, was also found to possess a file on various members of the Royal family and was found guilty of three counts of possessing articles for a purpose connected with terrorism.
Muhammad, of Hanover Square, Manningham, was handed a 10-year prison term.
Khan enrolled Muhammed Munshi in his so called 'mission of life' - the destruction of Western values and the 'wiping out' of non believers.
He also arranged for those he recruited to travel to Pakistan for terrorism training.
The teenager was 16 and in the middle of his GCSEs when he was arrested on his way home from school in 2006.
London's Blackfriars Crown Court heard he had two bags of ball-bearings in his pockets and notes about martyrdom under his bed.
It is understood the student also downloaded detailed instructions about making napalm, detonators, and grenades and 'how to kill'.
Home Secretary Jacqui Smith has branded all three a "very real threat" following their convictions.
Detective Chief Superintendent John Parkinson, Head of the Leeds Counter Terrorism Unit said that the men "sought to incite others for terrorist purposes, prompting al Qaeda ideology and training programmes".
Police said that Khan and Muhammad possessed "some of the most significant propaganda videos released by al Qaeda".
Munshi, now 18, of Greenwood Street, Saville Town, is due to be sentenced next month.

Suspected suicide bomber’s relatives charged
Three relatives of a British suicide bomb suspect have appeared before Bow Street Magistrates court to face terrorism charges. The sister, brother and wife of bomb suspect Omar Khan Sharif, 27, were all denied bail and were remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on Monday, May 19.

'Teenage Terrorist' Given Two Year Sentence
A teenager labelled Britain's youngest terrorist, has been sentenced to two years in a young offenders institution. Hammaad Munshi, 18, from Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, was arrested in 2006, when he was 16 years old. He was found guilty of making a record of information likely to be used for terrorist purposes.

Man Arrested On Terrorism Offences
A man has been arrested in Luton on suspicion of fundraising and inciting terrorism overseas, it has been reported. The Metropolitan Police said the 35-year-old has been taken into custody in London. Searches are now being carried out at three properties; two are in east London and the third is in Luton.

Police officers from the North East Counter Terrorism Unit and the Wales Extremism and Counter Terrorism Unit executed six search warrants on Thursday. The men have been arrested under the Section 12 of the Terrorism Act 2000.

A man is to appear in court today charged with terror offences. Neil Lewington, 43, of Tilehurst, Reading, Berkshire was stopped at Lowesoft station, in Suffolk, on October 30, after allegedly being abusive to a member of staff. Bomb disposal experts were called to the station when police found suspect devices as they searched the man.
