Funeral For Stabbed Model Amy
The funeral of a teenage model stabbed to death in Greater Manchester is due to take place today.
Amy Leigh Barnes, 19, died on 8 November. She had been found injured at her home in Farnworth, Bolton.
She was taken to hospital but later died.
Post mortem results concluded the 19-year-old died as a result of stab wounds.
Ricardo Morrison, 22, originally from Birmingham, has been charged with her murder and was remanded in custody.
A 49-year-old policewoman from the West Midlands force was also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. She has been bailed until 6 January.
The service for aspiring model Amy, who has modelled for several magazines including Cosmopolitan and Nuts, and also appeared in Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks will take place this afternoon.
The service of celebration and thanksgiving will be held at Bolton Methodist Mission, at the Victoria Halls, central Bolton.

Police Officer Bailed Over Model Death
A policewoman arrested in connection with the murder of Amy Leigh Barnes has been released on bail. Miss Barnes, a former pupil of Lords Independent School in Bolton, was found stabbed at her home in Farnworth, Bolton on Saturday morning.

Appeal Issued After Two Boys Forced To Carry Out Sexual Assault
Police are appealing for information after two boys were forced off a London bus and made to commit a robbery and a sexual assault. It is understood the man approached two young teenage boys travelling on a route 133 London bus and threatened them with a knife. The man is said to have forced the boys off the bus and into a park at Newington Butts.

Morrison, 22, used a six-inch kitchen knife to attack 19-year-old Amy Leigh Barnes, who was left to die in a pool of blood at her grandmother's in Farnworth, near Bolton, Lancashire.
