About reflexology

Reflexology is a natural and drugless healing therapy. Reflexology relives tension and directs the free flow of energy throughout the body that activates the natural healing powers of recovery and promotes the body to heal itself. Reflexology was introduced to Britain in the early 1960s and continues to grow in popularity. The reasons for this is that reflexology can be beneficial in the treatment of many conditions such as:

Sleep disorders
Back and Neck Pain
Circulatory problems

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage works on both a physical and psychological level. The techniques used helps to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.

Emotional Freedom Technique is an emotional form of Acupuncture except that we don’t use needles. Instead we tap with the fingertips to simulate certain meridian points while you are tuned into a problem.
