We import our flooring from Canada, Europe and Asia. We have an extensive range of solid wood species ranging from Grade A Walnut from Canada to rustic White Oak from Asia.

Our main species are Red Oak, White Oak, Walnut, Maple, Birch, Cherry, Ash, Teak as well as a wide selection of wider plank boards to suit the more authentic effect. In addition, we offer a professional fitting service with both guarantees on the fitting of, and the floor itself. We carry out no-obligation call outs and are open to both trade and public.

Floor Tips & Maintenance
A solid wood floor can last a lifetime, if looked after adequately.
  • Appropriate mats should be placed in hallways and the exterior of houses to collect stones from shoes.
  • Rugs can be placed in front of kitchen sinks in order to absorb moisture.
  • It is recommended that you mop occasionally and do not use excessive force.
  • Do not use corrosive cleaning products or excessive water when mopping floors.

Flooring Accessories
Choice Flooring strives to deliver a 100% finish when you purchase one of our products. We offer accessories to ensure an all round completed floor, employing products of consistently high quality.
  • PVA GLUE - quick binding PVAC glue with high strength for waterproof joints.
  • TRIMMINGS - we supply brass and wood effect trims that can be either flat, 14mm or 8mm drop trimmings that accommodate adjoining rooms.
  • UNDERLAYS -Standard 2.5mm foam, Eco felt thats main aim is to reduce sound and level the floor and the very popular timbermate excel that not only reduces sound and levels the floor but contains a moisture barrier.
  • SCOTIA -is very good for camouflaging the expansion joint between an existing skirting and a newly installed laminate floor.
  • FURNITURE FINISHINGS - Castor cups can be placed under heavy furniture and felt pads on any heavy objects within the room to prevent scrapes and scratches.


Delivery
Deliveries outside of Belfast may be subject to a specific delivery charge. Please call 02890 244877 for more information.
Delivery will be made between Monday and Friday. It is the driver’s responsibility to take the goods from the van to the property. On occasion it is the responsibility of the customer to take goods into the house. It is advisable to have adequate help at the time of delivery.
Goods must be inspected at the time of delivery in case of damages which must be signed for.
