Established in 2004 Santosha Yoga Studio was N.Ireland's first totally dedicated Yoga Studio. Located in the heart of Lisburn the Studio provides a calm space in which you can develop and enhance your practice of Yoga.


Yoga stretches and strengthens gently while progressively building stamina and flexibility, toning the body both inside and out through your practice of the many poses (asanas). Through you awareness of the breath (pranayama) you can learn how to manage and deal with stress.

Offering a broad range of classes to suit all abilities there is sure to be something for everyone.

There are numerous Beginners' classes in both the morning and evening where you can learn the basics under the guidance and supervision of our very experienced and professional teaching team, all of whom have been trained to the highest standards. We also have Mixed Ability and Intermediate classes where students can progress their practice.

Our Yoga for Pregnancy & Post-natal & Baby Yoga classes are extremely popular. The classes are fun, friendly and act as a support network for mums and mums to be.

As well as the many classes held at the studio various workshops are held throughout the year where visiting yoga teachers, from both Ireland and the U.K, come along and share their knowledge. These workshops offer students, and particularly those who are teachers, the opportunity to learn from more experienced teachers and contribute to on-going training.

Santosha Yoga Studio is one of two centres in N.Ireland where you can train to become a fully qualified Yoga teacher.

You will study Asana practice, Philosophy of yoga, Anatomy and many other modules. The Course offers graduates the opportunity for a supplementary career or even a complete career move.

Having successfully completed the initial training many students then specialise on 'Yoga for Kids' or 'Yoga for Pregnancy' training, thus opening up further opportunities for themselves.

The YTTC Teacher Training Certificate has international recognition.
