Barbara Faibish offers a unique service in Northern Ireland introducing the many health benefits of eating raw food which include weight loss, increased energy, halting of the ageing process and the alleviation of many common health problems such diabetes, arthritis, allergies, skin and digestive disorders.
 
From her home in County Down she gives demonstrations on how to make really delicious raw food to please friends and family. A compreshenive handout explains how to get started on a raw food diet, including recipes, ideas, resources and suppliers.
 
One-to-one consultations are also available including a personal plan on how to incorporate raw food into your lifestyle to suit your particular health goals.
 
Barbara has been on raw food for two years and has turned her health and her life around. Through personal experience and attending retreats and courses with some of the top raw food specialists such as David Wolfe, Karen Knowler, Russell James (the Raw Food Chef), Andrew Davis (the Raw Food School) and Brian and Anna Maria Clement (Hippocrates Health Institute, Florida) she has a wealth of knowledge to share with anyone interested in increasing their energy and vitality.  She is currently studying the David Wolfe Ultimate Raw Nutrition Programme.
