Shots Fired At House In West Belfast

Police are appealing for information after a number of shots were fired at a house in West Belfast.

The incident occurred in the Aitnamona Crescent area on Wednesday, 19 April. 

Detective Inspector Mark McHaffie said: "Just after 10pm, a number of shots were fired at the house. Two people were in the property at the time however no-one was injured.

"We are carrying out a number of follow-up enquiries and we are particularly keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time.

"Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact detectives at Musgrave on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 1317 19/04/2017. Information can also be given anonymously through the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."

Shots fired at west Belfast house
Police in west Belfast have appealed for information after a number of shots were fired at a house yesterday evening. The incident happened at around 7.30pm, when a shotgun round was fired through the front door and into the hallway of a property in the Glenveagh Park area of the city. No was was injured during the attack.

A number of shots have been fired at a house in Ballyclare just after midnight on Tuesday. The incident occurred at a property on the Rashee Road at approximately 12.30am. No one was in the property at the time. Two men were seen running from the scene in the direction of Ballyclare.

Police are appealing for information after a number of shots were fired at flats in Co Londonderry on Monday. The incident occurred at two flats in Harpur's Hill, Coleraine at around 9pm. No one was injured in the attack which saw shots fired at an upstairs and downstairs flat.

Two Shots Fired At House In Lurgan
Two shots have been fired at a house while three people, including two children, were sleeping upstairs. The incident happened at a property in the Shimna Walk area in Lurgan on Saturday, 02 September, at around 10.30pm. No-one was hurt, however a man was seen running away from the scene.

Police officers in Londonderry are appealing for information after an incident where shots were fired at a house in the Quarry Street area of the border city. It happened on the evening of Wednesday 10 August and it is believed that shortly after 11pm, at least four shots were fired at the house where the occupant was inside.

A man has escaped injury after a number of shots were fired at a flat in west Belfast. The attack happened at a property in the Forfar Street area at around 10.30pm on Monday. A number of shots were fired through the front door of the flat and police said they are investigating a motive for the incident.

Shots Fired At House
Shots have been fired at a house in Carrickfergus, the PSNI have revealed. Shortly before 11pm on Sunday, police were alerted to a disturbance at a house in Glenfield Walk. A door was damaged by a gunshot during the incident, but there were no reported injuries. It is understood a large crowd had gathered in the area before the shooting took place.
