Absolute Glamour Formal Dresses, Bangor

I have been going to Jackie for at least 8 years and I have never been disappointed. The service and dresses are second to none. I have 4 daughters who absolutely love her dresses as she always helps them to pick something they feel stunning in.

Would just like to share with everyone the standard of dresses Jacqueline at Absolute Glamour in Bangor is selling as new...
This new dress we received had diamonds missing, pearls were all marked and the hem of dress was badly plucked.
When I phoned Jacqueline to complain she informed me that she was in London and was basically nothing she could do accept offer me an refund even though I explained my daughter formal was 48 hours away.
I'm sure you will agree this is horrendous customer service.
We were very lucky that a dress maker was able to replace the pearls, missing diamonds, and hem the dress.
Please avoid at all costs
