Thursday 12 November – Blue to celebrate the USPCA's 190th Anniversary. Enniskillen Castle and Strule Arts Centre will shine blue to honour the Ulster Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals as the charity marks 190 years of work for animal welfare. Founded in 1836, the USPCA is the world's second-oldest animal welfare charity. A series of commemorative activities, including a wreath-laying ceremony and anniversary reception, will recognise almost two centuries of protecting and caring for animals.

Friday 13 November – Red for World Kindness Day. The illumination acknowledges everyone who supported the Promises of Kindness Initiative, which distributed more than 9,500 Promises of Kindness cards across the island of Ireland in June 2026. The red lighting both celebrates this collective achievement and highlights the importance of continuing to uphold and champion those promises within local communities.

Thursday 19 November – Blue for International Men's Day. This annual observance recognises the positive contributions of men and boys and highlights issues affecting their health, wellbeing and equality. By lighting up blue, the Council aims to raise awareness, deepen understanding and encourage open conversations around mental health and wellbeing, helping ensure men and boys across the district feel supported, valued and empowered to seek help.

Sunday 29 November – Red for the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. The observance reflects on ongoing humanitarian challenges and underscores the principles of dignity, human rights, peace and self-determination for all.
