About Birchwoods Recording Studio NI
Here for the first time in the northwest of Ireland is a recording studio that has been purpose designed with the acoustic musician in mind
Birchwoods Recording Studio has a large 5 x 5 metres live room and solid oak floor with double-ceiling height that will capture all the characteristics of your instrument.
The spacious live room has natural daylight and delivers a rich, natural acoustic sound. The studio is equipped with the latest technology expected from a modern, professional recording facility.
Kawai RX-3
One of the main attractions at Birchwoods is the new Kawai RX-3 Grand Piano. This professional Grand offers an impressive and distinct tone evocative of a much larger piano. Hearing is believing.
Its 6'1" contour makes the RX-3 a popular instrument found in many high-end recording facilities, churches, small clubs and home studios internationally.
Multi-Purpose Recordings
Birchwoods caters for all types of recording projects, large or small, and all genres of music. We also provide on-location recording, if you have a special place with a particular sound that you would like for your project.
