About B&P Training
I am Sue Gilligan – owner of B&P Training – the main trainer and health and safety consultant.
My career started as an International Operator for BT and progressed to sales in the City of London, then trainer. During these years I discovered that learning is increased if it is made enjoyable.
I went self – employed in 1993 when I set up B&P Training. Health & Safety at the time was beginning to rear its head big time in England – so I found myself doing exams!!!
Health & Safety is so important – however I feel people really don’t believe how important it is – until tragedy occurs.
Over the years people close to me have really suffered due to lack of health & safety.
Health is so IMPORTANT!!! Money can buy most things but you can’t buy health. But then there are also courts and insurance companies so this is where it’s come in!
I want people to come on courses where they enjoy the day, have a laugh, learn through games and participation.
But most importantly I want them to go out the door at the end of the day saying “well I didn’t know that! I learnt something today!”

B&P Training deliver a variety of courses in construction, factories, hotels, care homes, shops, beauty – all sectors.
Health & Safety; food safety, customer care and management courses.

Presentation Skills: 2 Day Course £180+vat per person
Train the Trainer: Minimum 3 day course (depending on existing training skills, extra time might be required) £270+vat for 3 days per person (£90+ vat per person per additional day)
Customer Care: 1 day course £90+ vat per person
