Very poor service from a female member of staff today, Easter Sunday. Your fax machine was broken and my faxed prescription from Dalriada urgent care hadn’t got through. The member of staff asked me to ring Dalriada and ask for the prescription to be phoned through. I did this and sat down on a chair as I was Ill and weary. The phone rang, it wasn’t answered, and the female came out from behind the desk, and locked the front door, the phone was still ringing as she passed me to go behind the desk again. I suggested that may be my prescription coming through. Her reply was that they were now closed and wouldn’t be answering the phone, I left empty handed, with the phone still ringing unanswered. Disgraceful and rude service, if they had fixed the machine, my prescription would have been filled. I wouldn’t have had to make a call to a very busy out of hours service and they wouldn’t have had to call back and be ignored.
