We used fonacab for the second time last night, Sat 23rdMAY, and wish to congratulate the company on the professional and courteous treatment we received. Well done fonacab and in particular to Rafal, our driver.

I would like to put on record my appreciation of the selfless manner in which one of you drivers , Jackie (also known as Stephanie ) looked after my brother a week or so ago when he fell on the ice at Kings Road and was knocked unconscious. She got him up , although he cannot remember how she did it, got him into her cab and took him to the hospital at Dundonald. Then, instead of going home ,she waited there at A andE until 6 am. Yes, 6 am ! Then, to top it all, she wouldn''t take any payment, presumably because he hadn''t booked the cab. But staying until 6 a.m. is certainly beyond the call of duty. If she was in the army she''d get a medal. Next time I''m in Belfast if I need a cab I''ll ask for her!Please thank her so much. John Mckee
