HSL Compliance Northern Ireland, formerly Chemical Treatment Services Ltd (CTS) in Northern Ireland, provides specialist Legionella control, water hygiene and water treatment services to commercial, industrial and public-sector clients. Legionella Risk Assessment & Control

HSL Compliance provides Legionella risk assessments and ongoing control programmes in line with ACoP L8 and HSG274 guidance. Assessments identify risks within hot and cold water systems and provide practical recommendations to help duty holders manage compliance.

Water Hygiene & Monitoring

The water hygiene service covers water quality monitoring and sampling, Legionella monitoring, cleaning and disinfection, water-tank work, remedial plumbing and remote monitoring. Services can be tailored to individual sites and compliance schedules.

Boiler & Cooling Water Treatment

The team supplies, installs and maintains chemical dosing equipment and water-treatment plant, with support for water softeners, dosing units and associated equipment. The former CTS operation also has longstanding experience with reverse osmosis, de-ionisation, filtration and UV treatment for specialist industrial and process-water applications.

Repairs & Remedial Works

HSL Compliance can carry out remedial works identified during inspections or risk assessments, including pipework modifications, valve work, TMVs, dead-leg removal, tank repairs and replacement, calorifier and water-heater servicing, water-softener work and dosing-unit repairs.
