Sports Minister Sends Good Luck Message To Ulster
Sports Minister Carál Ní Chuilín has wished the Ulster Rugby team all the best for their Heineken Cup Quarter Final against Saracens.
The match takes place at Ravenhill, Belfast, on Saturday 5 April.
Speaking ahead of the match, she said: "I know that the excitement is building for the Quarter Finals and I'll be there backing Ulster.
"I am also delighted the game will showcase, to the sell out crowd, those watching on TV and listening on radio, the redeveloped Ravenhill Stadium. Without redevelopment it would not have been possible to host the Heineken Cup in Belfast.
"The new facilities have not only benefited the Ulster players, staff and fans but through the use of social clauses, in the tendering process, have offered many others new opportunities. The use of social clauses provide a practical example of how sports and sports stadia can give an economic boost to both local people and communities."
