Adams Apology To Child Sex Abuse Victims Is Not Enough - Dickson
The leader of Sinn Fein is being urged to "seriously consider his position" after apologising to sex abuse victims.
Alliance Justice spokesperson, Stewart Dickson MLA, said his apology is not enough and accused Mr Adams of failing to help victims of child sex abuse.
Mr Dickson said: "After seven days of Sinn Fein trying to dodge questions over Mairia Cahill's allegations, Gerry Adams has finally apologised. It should not have taken him so long to issue such an apology.
"The questionable actions of Gerry Adams stand in stark contrast to the courage and bravery of Mairia Cahill. She should be commended for speaking out which has encouraged others to come forward. It is important that all victims receive support and justice."
