Five Released Over Deborah Hunter Murder

Five people have been released after being arrested on suspicion of the murder of Deborah Hunter.

Detectives from Serious Crime Branch made the arrests in east Belfast yesterday morning.

The 50-year-old woman was found dead in her home at Finmore Court, off the Newtownards Road, on Thursday 6 November. Officers are now treating her death as murder.

Three men aged 52, 46 and 33 and two women aged 44 and 46 were detained yesterday. They have now been released.

Man Released On Bail Over Lurgan Murder
A man arrested in connection with a murder in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August, has been released on bail pending further enquiries. The body of a man, aged 45, was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Two Arrested In Connection With West Belfast Stabbing
A man and a woman have been arrested in connection with a serious stabbing incident in west Belfast in the early hours of this morning, Wednesday, 10 April. Just after 2.45am, police received a report from our colleagues in northern Ireland Ambulance Service that a man had been stabbed in the St Bernadette's Avenue area.
