Man Charged Over Hit-And-Run Incident In North Belfast

A man is to appear in court today, Friday 13th March, charged with a hit-and-run incident in north Belfast on Tuesday night.

A man was seriously injured in the collision on the New Lodge Road and is currently being treated in hospital.

A 27-year-old man has been charged with grevious bodily injury by dangerous driving, and failing to remain at the scene of the accident.

He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates' Court today.

A man is to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court today, 19 April, charged with a robbery at an off-licence in north Belfast. The incident happened at premises on the Crumlin Road at around 7.35pm on Sunday. The man, armed with a knife, threatened staff and made off with a quantity of cigarettes and alcohol.
