Man Attacked In Bangor
A man has been attacked by a jogger in Bangor on Monday morning.
The victim, who was walking his dog, was punched in the head on Ballyholme Esplanade at around 11.15am.
His attacker is being described as in his 30s, around 6ft tall and muscular with short brown hair. He was wearing blue running gear and spoke with an accent, possibly Scottish or Welsh. He made off in the direction of Bangor.
Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Man Attacked In Bangor
A man, aged in his 60s, has been injured after he was beaten and kicked to the ground in the face and head in Bangor. The assault occurred in the Castle Street area at around 10pm on Saturday, 21 May. A 42-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing Grievous Bodily Harm and has been detained in police custody.

Police are dealing with a security alert between the Bangor West and Bangor railway line. On its website, Translink revealed the line has been closed due to the alert and disruption is expected "until further notice". Man Charged Over Murder Of Richard Miskelly
A man has been charged with the murder of Richard Miskelly. The 24-year-old was discovered on Sunday, 26 February, after being attacked at a house in the Bangor Road area of Newtownards. Emergency services attended the scene however he died a short time later. A 19-year-old man has been charged with murder and perverting the course of justice.

Man Seriously Attacked In Co Down
A man has been seriously attacked in Bangor, Co Down. The assault happened in the High Street area at around 1.40am on Sunday. The 45-year-old victim sustained a serious head injury and is believed to be in a stable condition in hospital.
