Man Charged In Connection With £30,000 Cannabis Seizure

A third man has been charged in connection with a cannabis seizure in north Belfast.

Police seized cannabis, worth an estimated street value of £30,000, in the Skegoniell area in March.

The 47-year-old suspect has been charged with the importation of a class B drug, attempted possession of a class B drug and attempted possession of a class B drug with intent to supply.

He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court later today, 22 April.

The charges are to be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service (PPS).
