Three Arrested Over Murder Of Lorraine McCausland
Three people have been arrested in connection with the rape and murder of Lorrine McCausland.
The body of the mother-of-two was found beside a stream in Forthriver, north Belfast, on 08 March 1987.
Two men, aged 49 and 56, were arrested in Scotland and a 53-year-old man was detained in England.
All three suspects will be brought to Northern Ireland to be interviewed.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

22-Year-Old Man Jailed For Rape At Laganside Crown Court
A 22-year-old man has been sentenced to six years for rape at Laganside Crown Court. Ahmad Alsbaihi was sentenced to six years. He will serve three years in custody and three years on licence. He will be placed on the Sex Offenders Register and will be subject to a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) for 10 years.

Man Arrested In Connection With Sean Fox Murder Investigation
PSNI detectives investigating the murder of Sean Fox in west Belfast in 2022 have arrested a 40-year-old man. The man was arrested following searches in west Belfast this morning, 1 February. The suspect was arrested under the Terrorism Act, and has been taken to the Serious Crime Suite in Musgrave for questioning.
