Appeal Issued Following Aggravated Burglary In East Belfast

Police have issued an appeal for information following an aggravated burglary at a house in east Belfast overnight.

Three men armed with baseball bats entered the house on Trillick Street, causing damage to the house and threatening the occupants.

Detective Sergeant Keith Wilson said: "We are keen to hear from anyone with information about this crime. Detectives can be contacted at the offices of Reactive and Organised Crime, Musgrave Police station by calling 101, quoting reference number 22 09/06/17."

Information can also be given anonymously to the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.

Police Appeal Following Distraction Burglary In North Belfast
Police are appealing for information following a distraction burglary in north Belfast. The incident happened in the Berlin Street area at around 1.30pm on Monday. Two men called to the door of a man's house and told him that he needed new guttering, and he would have to check the back of the property.

Investigation Launched Following Shooting Incident In South Belfast
Police have launched an investigation following a shooting incident in south Belfast. The attack happened in Eliza Street Terrace shortly after 8.50pm on Wednesday, 28 September. Police received reports that a number of shots had been fired at the back of a house in the area.

ChilliFest In Hot Belfast Return
