Man Injured In Paramilitary-Style Attack

A man has been injured in a paramilitary-style attack in west Belfast.

The assault happened in the Norglen Parade area just after 9pm on sunday, 17 September.

The victim, aged is his 30s, was shot in the hands and legs and is currently being treated in hospital.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Four Charged In Connection With Blake Newland Murder
Four people are due to appear before Ballymena Magistrates' Court charged in connection with the murder of 17-year-old Blake Newland. The Limavady teenager died after being found with serious stab wounds at a house in the town on Friday, 02 February. Man injured in paramilitary-style attack
Police have launched an investigation after a man was shot and injured in a paramilitary-style attack in Co Down. The man was also beaten around the head during the attack which happened on the Model Farm housing estate at around 9pm on Wednesday night. The man was taken to Down Hospital where he was treated for bullet wounds to his ankles.

Man Shot In Co L'Derry
A man has been shot in the ankle in Co L'Derry. The paramilitary-style attack happened near the Creggan shops at around 7.45pm on Thursday, 07 December. The 41-year-old man has been taken to hospital to be treated, however his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. Police described the shooting as "brutal and horrific".

Appeal For Information On Serious Assault In Portadown
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a serious assault in Portadown that it being investigated as a 'disability hate crime'. On Saturday, 24 February, at around 5.20pm, police received a report that a young man had been attacked by six teenage boys in the High Street Mall area.
