Investigation Launched Following Robbery In Pomeroy
An investigation has been launched following a robbery at a shop in Pomeroy, Co Tyrone.
The incident happened at premises on the Cavanakeeran Road at around 9.25pm on Thursday, 15 March.
The suspect made off with a sum of cash and was dressed in dark clothing.
Detective Constable McCalmont said: "I am aware the area was busy last night, and I would appeal to anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area around this time, or anyone who has information that could assist with police enquiries to contact Detectives in Cookstown on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 1350 of 15/03/18."

Bereaved Families Pay Tribute To Tragic Cookstown Teens
Families of the tree tragic teens who died in a crush at a St Patricks event on Sunday have paid tribute to their lost loved ones. The young victims, 16-year-old Connor Currie, 17-year-old Lauren Bullock and 17-year-old Morgan Barnard, died after the incident at the Greenvale Hotel in Cookstown on Sunday 17 March.

An investigation has launched after a man was attacked by four masked men in Co Antrim. The paramilitary-style assault happened at a house in The Crescent area in Ballymoney on Sunday, 04 March. The victim was taken to hospital, however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
