Further Arrest Over Antrim ATM Raid
Detectives probing the theft of a double ATM unit from a supermarket in Antrim have arrested a man.
The 28 year-old is detained on suspicion of conspiracy to steal and possession of class B controlled drugs.
The ATM was stolen from a Tesco store in the early hours of Friday morning, 06 December. A digger was used to prise the unit from the wall.
Detective Chief Inspector McCubbin said: "Our investigation into this is ongoing and I continue to appeal to anyone who has any information that can assist us with our enquiries to contact detectives in Antrim on 101, quoting reference 126 06/12/19. Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime."
The suspect is currently assisting police with their enquiries.

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a report of a serious road traffic collision in the Strand Road area of L'Derry the early hours of Sunday, February 11. Around 1.40am, police received a report of a collision involving a pedestrian and a black Volkswagen Golf.

PSNI Major Investigation Team Detectives have renewed an appeal for information one week on from the murder of Blake Newland. The teenager was stabbed multiple times in the Woodland Walk area of Limavady on Friday night, 2 February. Sadly, he later died from his injuries.

Police have launched an investigation after several ATM machines were targeted by thieves in Co Antrim. A shop in Aghalee was burgled in the early hours of Friday morning, 20 April, and a substantial amount of money was stolen. The burglars attempted to take an ATM machine, however they were unsuccessful.

Injured Man Found In Street After Assault
A man has been hospitalised for injuries he sustained in an attack in Larne. The victim was found in the Point Street area of the County Antrim town at around 10.35pm last night, Wednesday 22 May. He had been assaulted a short time earlier close to the underpass and suffered serious facial injuries.
