Malcolm McKeown: Police Make One Arrest

Detectives probing the fatal shooting of Malcolm McKeown outside a Co Down petrol station have arrested a man in his twenties.

Mr McKeown, aged 54, was found dead in his car outside Dewart's Garage in Waringstown on Monday 19 August.

He had been shot six times.

The suspect, aged 26, has been taken to Musgrave Station for questioning.

Appeal For Information On Shooting Incident In Banbridge
Banbridge PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a shooting incident. A man, aged in his 20s, suffered minor head wounds when a suspected shotgun was fired at a house on Railway Street, Banbridge at about 8.15pm on Wednesday 22 September. Police have said that two men and a woman were in the house at the time of the incident.

Appeal For Information Of 'Brutal' Shooting In County Antrim
The PSNI have have issued an appeal for information following a shooting incident in Newtownabbey, County Antrim. At about 10pm on Tuesday 24 August, a man, aged in his 20s, was shot in the leg in an attack at Knockenagh Avenue. Police, who have described the incident as a "brutal attack" are working to establish the motive for the shooting.

Man Charged As Search Continues For Two Missing Brothers
A man has been charged after two brothers went missing from north Belfast. The 27-year-old is expected to appear in court today, 20 May, accused of two counts of keeping a child away from a responsible person. Fabricio and Patrick Hovarth, aged eight and five, were last seen getting into a car on Limestone Road last Friday evening.
