Appeal For Information On Burglary In Holywood

Detectives are appealing for information following a report of a burglary at a residential property in the Lynwood Park area of Holywood.

The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between 3 pm on Saturday, 19th April, and 10 am on Monday, 21st April. Police have established that entry was gained through a window of the house, and a quantity of jewellery was stolen during the burglary.

Detective Sergeant Bell is urging anyone with information to come forward. "Enquiries are continuing and police would appeal to anyone with any information or who noticed any suspicious activity in the area during the time period of 3 pm on Saturday 19th April and 10 am on Monday 21st April, to contact detectives on 101 quoting reference number 648 21/04/25."

The Detective Sergeant also provided details for those wishing to remain anonymous. "Alternatively, information can be provided to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or online at www.crimestoppers-uk.org."

According to police, at approximately 1.30am it was report that 4 people – 3 men and one woman – arrived a flat in the Cameron Street area armed with hammers and a knife.

Detectives have renewed an appeal for witnesses and information following a serious assault in north Belfast during the early hours of Sunday, 5 April. According to Detective Sergeant McGearty, a man in his 20s arrived at a hospital at approximately 1.30am.

Appeal For Information After Lisburn Burglary
Police are appealing for information following reports of a burglary in Lisburn. Two men entered a property in the Causeway Meadows area of Lisburn at around 7.20pm on Wednesday 24 April. Two young people are understood to have locked themselves in a room and raised the alarm. It is not believed anything was taken.

Appeal For Information Following Hillsborough Burglary
Detectives are appealing for information following a burglary at a property in Hillsborough yesterday afternoon, Thursday 25th June. At approximately 4.30pm, it was reported that entry had been gained to a house in the Coachman's Way area. The property was ransacked and a large sum of money was taken.

Detectives Appeal for Information After Pipe Bomb Explodes in Broughshane
Detectives are appealing for information following the explosion of a device at Rectory Gardens in Broughshane on Wednesday 27th May. Detective Sergeant Crothers said: "It was reported that a pipe bomb was placed on a living room window ledge by two men dressed in dark clothing at around 11.00pm. Three people were present in the home at the time.
