Armed robbery in south Belfast
Detectives in Musgrave Street have appealed for witnesses following an armed robbery at a Chinese Restaurant on Monday afternoon.
The incident happened at around midnight, when a man entered the restaurant in the Ebor Street area of south Belfast and produced a gun.
He then went behind the counter and made off with a plastic bag containing a sum of cash.
It is understood that there were no customers on the premises at the time.
Police have appealed for anyone who may have witnessed the man either entering or leaving the property, or anyone with any information in connection with the robbery, to contact them on 0845 600 8000, or anonymously on the Crimestoppers number on 0800 555 111.

Death Of Kilkeel Man Being Treated As Murder
A murder investigation has been launched following the death of a man in Kilkeel. On Thursday, 21 March, police received a report of a concern for safety for a couple at a property in the Newcastle Road area of the town shortly after 12.50pm. On arrival, officers located the body of a man who was unconscious and not breathing.

Man Wanted In Lithuania Arrested In Magherafelt
The PSNI have arrested a 23-year-old man in Magherafelt wanted in Lithuania to face charges of human trafficking. The man was arrested by officers from the Police Service's local policing team in Magherafelt, with assistance from the International Policing Unit. He is expected appear before extradition court in Belfast later today.
