Pregnant Women Assaulted

West Midlands Police are investigating a racial attack on a pregnant woman in Walsall.

Detectives said the 23-year-old woman was racially abused and assaulted.

She was walking along Walsingham Street in Chuckery at around 6.45pm last Monday when a man shouted racial abuse at her.

The man then threw stones at her, despite the victim telling him she was pregnant.

One of the stones hit the woman on the leg, and caused significant bruising.

The offender is described as being around 20-years-old, Asian, clean shaven, with large lips and nose. He was wearing a white baseball cap, a turquoise polo shirt and dark blue jeans.

Pregnant Woman Sexually Attacked On Bus
Police have released CCTV images to find a man in connection with sexually assaulting a pregnant woman on a bus in Birmingham on 20th May. According to police, the man sat beside the 33-year-old woman and started rubbing her leg. As she got up to leave he appeared to attack her again.

A £20,000 reward has been offered for information leading the to conviction of the person responsible for a "brutal assault" of a pregnant woman on 15 June in Peckham. The 21-year-old woman was 32 weeks pregnant when she was attacked on Talfourd Place, Peckham, at about 20:00 on Monday, 15 June.
