Fake 'Cop' Teens Held After Burglary

Two teenagers, posing as police officers, have been arrested in Manchester following an apparent burglary.

The 90-year-old victim was at her home on Derwent Street in Leigh last night when she heard a banging noise.

She went to investigate and was met at the lounge door by two men, who told her not to worry because they were police officers.

A 16-year-old boy was later arrested on suspicion of burglary and possession of a controlled drug and an 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

Both remain in police custody for questioning.
