Man Jailed For Raping 4-Year-Old Girl
A man from Lancashire has been jailed indefinitely for raping a 4-year-old girl.
21-year-old Liam Ineson on Ryelands Road, Lancaster admitted the charge and must serve at least five years before his sentence is reviewed.
Police said the attack occurred between January and July this year.
Ineson pleaded guilty to rape and sexual activity with a child at Preston Crown Court.
Body Found In South Wales
South Wales Police have confirmed the body of a 19-year-old man has been found in Port Talbot.
The circumstances are not thought to be suspicious, but officers are investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
The body was discovered near Afan Way shortly after 13:30 on Monday.
Man Arrested For Rape Of 11-Year-Old Girl
An 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of raping an 11-year-old girl.
The incident occurred in north London, when the girl was taken from Galliard Road into Jubilee Park, Lower Edmonton, Enfield, after getting off a school bus at about 17:00 on Friday.
It is thought the attack could have lasted two to three hours.
The girl sustained serious injuries and is recovering after undergoing surgery.
A 26-year-old man who was held earlier on Monday has now been bailed until a date in late December.
The teenager is in custody at a north-east London police station, having been arrested in Edmonton on Monday.
Christmas Trees Stolen From Borders
Thousands of pounds worth of Christmas trees have been stolen from a farm in the Scottish Borders.
A total of 420 of the festive pine trees were taken from Shielsknowe Forestry at Brundenlaws Farm near Jedburgh.
The robbery was discovered on Monday morning. It is thought to have taken place overnight.
The amount stolen totalled £6,300. The trees were on pallets and about to be delivered to furniture firm IKEA when they were taken.

Missing 12-Year-Old Girl Found 'Safe And Well'
A 12-year-old Hungarian girl missing since Monday night has been found "safe and well" police have reported. Police had appealed for information after Evelin Mezei had been captured on CCTV with an unknown man at about 22:30 on Monday night. It is understood that Evelin was found by police at 11:00 on Tuesday in Newham.

An 18-year-old has been convicted of raping an 11-year-old girl in north London in November last year. Opemipo Jaji, of Edmonton, had denied dragging the girl into Jubilee Park, Enfield, but the Old Bailey heard the girl was raped repeatedly over three hours and traces of her blood were found on his bag and trainers.

Paedophile jailed 'indefinitely' for raping girl
A paedophile who while under community supervision repeatedly raped a nine-year-old girl has been jailed indefinitely. Kevin Hazelwood, 40, from Brighton, was told that he must serve a minimum of five years and seven months at Lewes Crown Court today.

A Latvian man has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the rape and murder of London teenager Jeshma Raithatha. Viktor Dembovskis, 43, attacked the 17-year-old as she returned to her home in Greenford, west London on May 16 last year. He raped the teenager and then stabbed her to death. Her body was discovered eight days later.
