Man Murdered In Ballymoney
A man in his 40s has been murdered in Ballymoney, Northern Ireland.
The man was shot dead outside a house at Riverview Park on Monday night.
Sinn Féin MLA Daithí McKay said there is shock in the community.
He said: "This murder is a terrible blow to the victim's family and my thoughts are with them as they come to terms with this dreadful news.
"I also wish a speedy recovery to the woman assaulted at the scene.
"Those behind this murder need to taken off the streets and anyone with any information on this attack should bring it immediately to the PSNI."
Justice Minister David Ford said: "There is no excuse for violence, nor any cause to justify it. It is time those responsible realised that and accepted the will of the people that Northern Ireland should move forward in peace.
"I offer my deepest sympathies to the family at this time."

A 54-year-old man has been jailed for life for the murder of a family in a revenge attack. Jifeng "Jeff" Ding, his wife Ge "Helen" Chui, and their daughters Xing and Alice were found stabbed to death in their Northampton home in April 2011. Anxiang Du was found guilty of four counts of murder at Northampton Crown Court.

Three Arrested In Connection With Murdered Teenager
Police investigating the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old in Liverpool on Saturday have arrested two men and a woman. Teenager Kevin Wilson was shot in the back in Wavertree on Saturday, in what police described as a "targeted attack". Police have arrested a 54-year-old man from Toxteth, and a man and woman from Kensington, both aged 37.

A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a man whose badly burnt body was found on a Brighton golf course. The body of Stefan Welch, 37, was found between the 17th and 18th holes at the Dyke Golf club on Saturday. A post-mortem revealed that he probably died from a blow to the head.

A British man whose wife and baby daughter were found murdered in the US is believed to be in the UK. US detectives have confirmed that Neil Entwistle, 27, is outside the US and that while they have spoken with him, they have declined to reveal any further details.
