Police Appeal For Discarded Suitcase In Connection With Baby Death

Police investigating the suspected murder of a nine-week-old baby girl are appealing for help in finding a discarded suitcase in Fulham.

The Metropolitan Police believe the blue spotted suitcase was left in the Dawes Road area on 27 January.

The baby, Farah Boscolo-Gnolo, was reported missing by her mother, Fredrica, last week.

Her mother has been charged with the murder of her daughter, however the body has not been found.

Detective Chief Inspector Matt Bonner, of the Homicide and Major Crime Command, said: "I am appealing to the public to help us locate this suitcase that may be vital to our investigation. 

We know that it was discarded in the Dawes Road area on Tuesday 27 January.

"It may have been concealed somewhere or simply placed in a bin or left in a street or alleyway. I would like to hear from anyone who thinks they have information that can assist us in locating this item."

Body In Suitcase Probed
A body has been found hidden in a suitcase and dumped into a now dried-up pond. The remains, thought to be that of a woman, were discovered in the case in a dried-up pond on farmland in Kent. Police continue to question man over body in suitcase
Police are continuing to question a 26-year-old man in connection with the discovery of the body of a teenage girl in a suitcase in Kent. The body of 17-year-old Terry Edmonds was discovered in the suitcase, which was found in a car park in Tunbridge Wells, Kent on Saturday. A post-mortem revealed that she died from asphyxiation.
