Appeal Issued For Missing Teenager

The Metropolitan Police have issued an appeal for help in tracing 14-year-old Warren White.

The teenager was last seen at 14:30hrs on Sunday, 26 July in the Bermondsey area.

He is described as black with short black hair. He has lines shaved into his eyebrows.

When last seen, he was wearing a blue hooded top, navy blue trousers and black and red Nike trainers. He may have be carrying a Gucci satchel with a green and red handle.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Southwark Missing Persons Unit on 020 7232 6188 or via 101.

Baby Snatch Attempt Foiled By Mother
A mother has successfully fought off a man and a woman who attempted to snatch her baby daughter from her pram in Leigh, Greater Manchester. Shortly after 8pm on Sunday 12 August 2007, the 30-year-old mother was pushing a pram with her four-month-old daughter along Wigan Road, close to the Hulme Road junction.

Police are appealing for a man captured on CCTV with a missing 12-year-old girl to contact them. Police said that Evelin Mezei was reported missing by her mother on Monday evening. She was last seen at about 22:30 in Grove Crescent Road, in Stratford, east London.

Police have appealed for help in tracing missing 14-year-old La'mar Howe, who has been missing for over a week. The teenager was last seen on Wednesday, 07 October. He is described as black, 5ft 6ins tall, of medium build, with short black hair.

Ten-Year-Old Missing In Manchester
Concern is growing for a 10-year-old boy who has been missing in Manchester for two days. Shaequan Farquarson was last seen at about 8am on Wednesday on Mauldeth Road, Withington. He has been described as black, 4ft 10in (1.5m), with black dreadlocks and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue anorak, blue tracksuit bottoms and white trainers.

Police 'Business Cards' To Cut Red Tape
Police stopping members of the public in the street should hand out a business card rather than fill out a lengthy form under measures to be unveiled tomorrow by Sir Ronnie Flanagan, the Chief Inspector of Constabulary.
