Renewed Appeal For Missing Wandsworth Teenager

Police have renewed an appeal for help in finding 14-year-old Felicia Nwosu, who has been missing from her home in Wandsworth since Monday 03 August.

Police have had a further reported sighting of Felicia at about 22:30hrs on Tuesday 4 August in the Lavender Park area of Mitcham.

Detective Sergeant Pete Braganza, from Wandsworth CID, said: "Felicia is an extremely vulnerable teenager and we are becoming increasingly concerned for her well-being. We urge anyone who may have any information or who knows of Felicia's whereabouts to contact police."

North Yorkshire Police Not Investigating Edward Heath

North Yorkshire Police is not currently investigating any complaints linked to Edward Heath.

In a statement released on their website, the force said that while it was not involved in an investigation, it was "undertaking a comprehensive search of force systems to assess if there is any information or intelligence held in relation to Mr Heath".

"Until this work has been completed, it would not be appropriate to comment further at this stage," it added.

Police Appeal For Missing 10-Year-Old Boy

West Yorkshire Police have issued an appeal for help in finding 10-year-old Corey Storey.

Corey was last seen in Bodmin Crescent, Middleton, at 11.45am today. He is originally from Thorne, Doncaster, and it is possible that he is trying to make his way back to that area.

He is described as white, 3ft 11ins tall, of slight build, with bushy brown hair. He was wearing a Nike t-shirt with a picture of Cristiano Ronaldo on it, blue jeans, black New Balance trainers and also left with a blue hoody.

Detective Inspector Phil Jackson said: "We are concerned for Corey's welfare and would urge anyone who has seen him or with information about his whereabouts to call Leeds District CID via 101. Similarly, we would urge Corey himself to make contact to confirm he is ok."

Girl, Six, Bitten By Police Dog
A six-year-old girl has been bitten by a police dog in Manchester, it has been reported. It is understood the officers were chasing a suspect at the time of the incident. Police were pursuing a man who was running away after a stolen car crashed into a wall in the Newton Heath area of the city.

Detectives in Glasgow are continuing enquiries after a woman was indecently assaulted on Saturday in the Govan area. The 37-year-old woman was in a car park at Water Row, just off Govan Road, at around 8.30pm when she noticed a man lying on the ground.

Investigation continues as armed officers shoot man dead
Investigations were continuing today following the killing of a 23-year old man by armed officers from the Metropolitan Police in the Thornton Heath area of south London. According to police, a handgun was recovered at the scene of the shooting, which took place at around 11.25am on Wednesday in Raymead Passage, London Road in Thornton Heath.

East London Murder Appeal
Detectives have appealed for information about the murder of a woman in Manor Park. Aliza Ahmed Mirza, 18, a student from Ilford, died on Saturday 3 April. Police had been called to reports of a collapsed female. It is believed she was stabbed while in the Forest View Road area. Miss Mirza was taken to hospital but later pronounced dead.
