Vinnie Jones charged over alleged air rage incident

Vinnie Jones, the former Wimbledon footballer turned Hollywood film star, has been charged today in relation to an alleged air rage incident on a flight to Japan.

Mr Jones, who appeared in the 1998 film 'Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels' and 'Gone In 60 Seconds', is alleged to have assaulted a passenger and used threatening language to a flight crew member whilst being drunk on the Virgin Atlantic flight from Heathrow on 1 June.

The actor, who has also appeared in a series of advertisements for Bicardi rum, is expected to appear before Uxbridge Magistrates Court on 5 December.

Vinnie Jones, the former Wimbledon footballer turned Hollywood film star, has been sentenced to serve 80 hours community service and pay a £1,100 fine. Jones was sentenced today after pleading guilty to charges relating to an air rage incident on a flight to Japan last June.

Brothers in court over airline 'bomb plot'

Man Admits Causing Toddler Death Blast
A man has admitted causing a blast which killed a toddler and destroyed eight homes in Greater Manchester. Two-year-old Jamie Heaton was killed in a gas explosion as he watched television at home in Buckley Street, Shaw. Andrew Partington, 27, has pleaded guilty to manslaughter at Manchester Crown Court. The accused appeared via videolink.

Jersey Killer Admits Manslaughter But Denies Murder
The man charged with the fatal stabbings of six people on the island of Jersey last year has pleaded guilty to manslaughter through diminished responsibility, but denied murder.
