Manor Healthcare was established in 2007 and currently employs over 100 staff in providing nursing care services, respite and day care provision to older people and adults with a learning disabilities in our three care centres. We employ dedicated, well trained staff to provide 24 hour care in a professional and respectful way.

At each of our care facilities we constantly strive and are dedicated to improving the independence and quality of life of our residents by offering freedom of choice, tailored packages of care, nursing support and engaging activities in order to meet assessed need.



Rathfriland Manor is a twenty-seven bedded bright and purpose built nursing home. The home provides nursing care for long term residents, residents who require respite or day care with needs varying from minimal support and assistance to total nursing care.



Queenscourt Nursing Home is a private nursing home for adults with learning disabilities.
It is Home to forty two residents/patients. We also provide respite care for those clients living at home.



Kingscourt Nursing Home is a nineteen bedded facility which provides nursing care, accommodation and a wide range of services for adults with a learning disability and those with superimposed mental health problems.
