Man Charged Over North Belfast Knife Attack Due to Appear in Court

A 30-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder following a serious knife attack in the Kinnaird Avenue area of north Belfast on Monday 8th June.

The suspect is also charged with threats to kill and possession of an article with a blade or point in a public place. He is scheduled to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court today, Wednesday 10th June. As part of standard legal procedure, all charges will be subject to review by the Public Prosecution Service.
